What do I wear for an internal interview?

This a part time role - in addition to my current role.

I normally wear jeans/casual trousers and long sleeve jersy/Tshity tops.

I am assuming that I don't need to go teh whole hog and buy a suit for an internal part time role.

Smart trousers and a top liek this do?

Or should I buy a blouse?

I think you should approach the whole thing in the same way as an external interview, from what you wear to how you answer questions.

Are there other candidates? external ones? you will be judged against them.

What kind of job/environment. General rule should be a bit smarter than what everyone wears everyday.

yep, a blouse would be good

All internal candiates.

I wear those tops for work sometimes - but nromally for "special presentations".

P.S. I know that one of my interviewers is likely to be wearing jeans, trainers and a dodgy logo'd T-shirt (others probably won't though)
