I am applying for job which states 'Full Time, Job Share, Part Time ' should I tell them in my cover letter that I want part time?

or will this make them bin the CV before they even read it?

No they won't bin the cv, if they are actively opening the job up to people who want either f/t, p/t or job share. They don't have to do that, they could just say f/t.

i'd tell them what you're looking for. That way they can match you with another part time applicant to fill the position.

if they've said that, then it sounds like they are flexible and open to all applications.

State your broad preferences but you don't need be too specific about days/hours at this stage, make yourself appear flexible.
