Hi all!
Am going to attempt freelance editing/proofing/translation when I come back off work. I really want to make it work, mostly because it's always been my dream and to convince my sceptical DH. But am feeling a bit overwhelmed by the thought of establishing myself. Is it really hard the first few months (years)? How long was it before you actually started making money? NB I have experience and contacts in editing but haven't done any translation since uni.
