How can I find a reasonably priced freelance bookkeeper for a few hours a month?

Is there a website or organisation that freelancers use? (Google is just bringing up lists of local companies).

I'm in Brighton & Hove in case anyone out there is actually a freelance bookkeeper looking for additional work!

Thanks Eddas. I did search recent gumtree ads, but have not properly searched the archives. I'll do that.

Don't know if I'm too late replying to this but I run a website that has a database of part time job seekers (mostly mums) and have many bookkeepers who are looking for work. I don't charge to advertise your requirements. Have a look at www.flexibleskillsbank.co.uk There is a local site for East Sussex.

Thanks Loppy. I managed to find someone recommended by a local accountancy firm, but will take a look at your site. Sounds interesting.
