The utilility warehouse - has any one any opinions, good or bad?

SIL wants to sign me as a 'distributor' for utility warehouse. On the face of it appears quite a good opportunity to work around two DC. Just wondered if any one had done it or is doing it, and how the reality compares to all the hype.

We just signed up to it through a friend who is a distributor. I'm happy that we got a good deal and our friend seems very happy with it too.
