going back to work in 1 hour after 12 months. dreading it. feel sad

how is best to get through it i finish at 10 tonight. ds at nursery dh picking him up

I went back last week. Its ok, I find I cannot think about DC while I am at work. If I put them out of my mind I am ok and its nice to be me again. Its when I think about them I feel sad.... I hope you are ok.

hi sc thanks for your message. it went ok, only time went very slowly and i felt worn out last night. i didnt think about ds and felt guilty.

Well done new mummy. Don't feel guilty, I'm sure your DS was fine and was pleased to see you at the end of the day. It is really tiring though, isn't it?!
