Getting advice for women returning to work

Hi
Just wondered if you have any idea where to go to get good careers advice as a Mum returning to work after 5 years plus! I don´t know how to translate the work I did before into something now. (After Uni I worked in public sector)
I would like to know about training courses and job opportunities.

I stopped working for two years then paid a company to write my CV for me and got two jobs. I have been doing a degree in my spare time which I think impressed them.
