After lengthy negotiations it has been agreed I'll return to work three days a week on the 7th January on the condition that they can find someone to do the other tw days a week. My manager doesn't seem keen on this arrangement (i.e. me going back three days a week) but HR felt it was appropriate.
My question is when would you except them to advertise for my job share person if they need them in post for January? They haven't advertised yet and I would have thought by mid October if they want to get someone what with Christmas and all, what do you think?
