Company bankrupcy

Hi All,

Looks like the company I work for are going into bankrupcy. Can anyone point me in the direction of where I can see what my rights are as I am on the third month of my maternity leave.

Or am I just screwed

tadpolesmum have a read here about what happens when your employer is in this situation. You will be entitled to redundancy pay, if you've been employed longer than 2 years, and will be entitled to the rest of your SMP as well. The link tells you what will happen and what you need to do to claim what you are owed.
