Term-time only temping?

Need to get back to work now DS has started school. School has after-school club, so should be sorted in term-time, but for various reasons I would prefer not to work school holiays. Would it be feasible to do temping term-time only (I could do most office jobs).

Have you looked for an admin position in a school? Lots of them offer term time only posts. The one where DH works has a term time only receptionist, for example.

not much of those about locally,so I don't really want to restrict myself to applying for school admin jobs. thanks for the suggestion tho.

i know nothing about temping, but isn't it filling in when a business needs help, so not regular? In which case I can't see why it wouldn't be possible, as you just tell the agency when you aren't available.

Have you tried ringing an agency to ask?
