please help - where did/would you go to look for jobs?

So you've had a couple of years off and now you're looking to return to work. Where would you go to look for jobs?

Websites? Agencies? Word of mouth? Please please answer!

(PS I am a regular but have changed name for this as I need to print this off and tell my work, i work in HR, and don't want any chance that my colleagues will see my mn name )

websites like nhs jobs and the local council, sites where you only have to enter your details once, and then just have to put your 'why I want this job' bit at the bottom and press send. I also went to job centres and looked in the paper, but if I am truthful I much prefered to do it on line.

Mainly Agency websites - it's easier to search on line in the evenings & the local paper usually has some great jobs listed, even went to the job centre but didn't find them to be very helpful (sorry )
