I am going back to work soon (April)and I am worried about the nursery I have registered my dd with, looks lovely but had previous bad OFSTED so has got its act together but still has quick staff turnover. DD will be 8mths. Does anyone in the area know of good/bad nurseries. Or by some miracle does anyone know of a wonderful childminder in the area? I am making myself sick with worry over this. Help please!!!

Unfortunately no, my CM has moved out of the area and was pretty average anyway! Just bumping it back up for you.....

Have you been to see any childminders in your area? I am one (not local to you though), and IMO a baby of 8m would be much better with a CM than a nursery with a high staff turnover. One to one relationships much better for babies. Good luck whichever you decide.
