I am considering returning to work in a job that requires occasional evening work (as I recall it used to be 1 evening each week).
However, I still breastfeed DS2 in the morning and evening; so although working in the day is not a problem - as he has milk from a cup, the evening feed is a big part of his bedtime routine which I do not want to give up just yet.
Where would I stand with an employer on this? Would I be able to opt of the evening work or would I be obliged to do it as it is mentioned in the job spec?
