Can anyone recommend lawyers/ accountants with special expertise in joint ventures/ company buy-outs?

That's about it really!

I have an interesting opportunity to get into a JV arrangement with a big company which is in the same field as mine, but doesn't have my expertise. They are interested in some sort of JV whereby they may be able to buy back my share of the business after 3-5 years.

It could be very lucrative, and I'm interested in exploring, but I need to find some expert advice and support to lead me through the process and negotiate with my best interests in mind...

Can anyone offer wise words or contacts?
