how do you go back to work when you have anxiety attacks ?????

i am a hairdresser by trade and im desperate to go back to work before i've been out the game too long and have to retrain

do i tell the employers ???

do i not ????

is there a scheme to help people on incapacity back into work ????

any ideas ???

Hi just wanted to bump this for you really. I have anxiety attacks which have had for over 20 years. Always worked but gave up 4 years ago as DC school holidays becoming an issue. I really want to go back to work now but have lost so much confidence and worry about the affect on my health/anxiety attacks. I think whether you tell a prospective employer depends on how bad your attacks are and how they may affect your day to day ability to work. I would def never tell a prospective employer as presume they would not employ me. In your profession could you not do some mobile work as surely this would take some of the pressure off and you can work at your own pace.
