Hi there,
I'm a magazine and newspaper journalist/published author. Suggest - if you haven't already - that you check out if there's any kind of local guide available already. And even if there is, how is it distributed/ content etc.
Are you writer? x

Have you any experience of magazine publishins, layout, production, writing or copy-editing? If the answer is 'no' to all of that then I advise you to look for a business partner who does know something about publishing or at the very, very least make sure there is someone involved who is a good proofreader with an eye for detail. Because nothing will sink a new publication faster than it being full of spelling mistakes: no one will take you seriously.
