How much do I pay a friend per hour to do my book Keeping

I started a business back in January and attempted to stay on top of my books but its no good either I'm doing the books or I'm forwarding the business! I'd like to ask a friend of mine to do 1 to 2 hours a week or a day a month but wouldn't know what to offer. I want to insist on paying her but need to know what's reasonable.

I am in the North East and my friend earns about £8.50 an hour.

I'm in Ramsgate so yep its the south east but also classed as a deprived area. But it give me an idea of approx rate - thanks

I think if your friend is qualified then £10 per hour or more would be fair.
