I've been working for the same company for 15 years. A lot of it has been very enjoyable but recently it hasn't been challenging me at all and I've been bored. Was off on maternity leave from August and thought I'd start to see what was around once I got back.
Whilst off we lost an important account and half the department was made redundant. I kept my job but it's even less rewarding now as the business we lost was our most interesting work.
Anyway, I've been offered a new job with really good, big clients, great prospects etc. So I've just resigned. I'm really scared, but excited too .
