Returning to teaching panic

Will be starting new job full time in new term(primary). AM experienced teacher but have had a gap for years.
Panic starting to set in because I am doubting that I will be able to cope with the demands of paperwork, especailly showing evidence of planning/ personalised learning / targets etc etc.

Also, ICT worries..... are interactive whiteboards that different to using a computer? Can I practise using any of the IWB software on my computer at home this summer?

Any current primary school teachers, please reassure me that you do not have to produce really deatiled planning notes every week.
