The new manager has come up with a plan that all staff should have their jobs "reprofiled", and one of the suggestions he has put forward is that staff should start at 7am, and those who do a similar job to mine can then help put out stock then start at 8.30/9.00am doing the shelf manamgemnt, therefore leaving us free on the shop floor during the hours on 11am and 2pm
He has said something along the lines of
"We will work together to see what hours you can work and what hours I wuld like you to work. You will then be given notice if your contracted hours are to change. If you cannot or will not do these hours then I will terminate your contract, but will offer you a new one with the new hours I wish you to wrok. it is then up to you to take it".

If he changes my hours to say 7.30 to 10, which I couldn't do, and I leave, would I be able to get dole money? bearing in mind that there would be a contract there for me, albeit an unsuitable one
