Accrued holidays whilst on maternity leave

I am returning to work part time in August and worked full time before I went on maternity leave. Please could someone let me know if the holidays I am accruing whilst on maternity leave will be based on my old full time hours or will it be on my new part time hours.

Mine were based on my old FT hours.

However may also be worth pointing out as it may affect you... there was a change in legislation (last year I think) which was that you now need to take at least 20 days holiday a year. As I hadn't taken 20 days holiday before I went on mat leave they deducted some of my entitlement to allow for this.

Thanks PPP - my holidays run April to March and I took all of my entitlement for last year before I went off so I should be ok!

YOur old hours, your new pt hours will take effect on the day you return.
