Are you working in a practice atm? I hated working in practices, I loved working in hospitals, much more interesting and fun! Well as fun as dental nursing can be!

I’m kind of looking for easy tbh - Did you feel safe? What did a typical day look like?

Yes really really safe. I had more abusive working in a hospital, care home and practice. The inmates were really polite and grateful for the service. It was mostly quick repairs or extractions. No rct (thank god) nothing major all very basic stuff. Good luck!

Also we only saw a handful of patients, no back to back stuff you see in practices

Ohhhhh just saw you’ve answered my question so no back to back can’t think straight type stuff then that’s good with no time to scrub your instruments inbetween and no time to wee 😂 xx

I was only on a placement there for a few weeks as part as my training. I was 19 but now I’m older it would deff be more enjoyable.. anything for a quieter life right!
