Returning to work in family law after a career break

Has anyone returned to work recently? What challenges did you face after returning to work.

I am a family law solicitor looking to get back into work. I have had an oppurtunity come my way but I am wondering whether

ive had a career break too recently, following a bereavement and problems associated with elderly relatives, and will go back into work soon. I could not cope in work with what I needed to do and it was absolutely essential I took time out.

im trying to think of it as another‘maternity’ type leave break and returning to work after that. In which case, not much had changed at work. A few different faces. Not much else. So I’m assuming not much will have changed when I get back and after a few weeks, I’ll be right back in the swing of things.
