What career support have you found genuinely useful and worth paying for

If you were going to pay for help with your career, what would you actually want support with?
CVs, LinkedIn, interview prep, job searching, career change, confidence, networking, returning after a break, promotion advice, or something else?
And if you’ve ever used career coaching or similar services, what was useful (and what wasn’t worth it)?
I’m trying to understand what people genuinely find valuable.

So far - I've not found, the paid support helpful. For interviews, I've used AI to generate Qs and draft answers then road tested them thoroughly, practicing aloud with a trusted friend not in my sector. She was far more helpful than the coaches. supplied by my employer.
