How are parents in fashion buying balancing work and young children?

Any parents working in corporate fashion buying .. how are we juggling this with a young family?! Or what industries/roles are we moving into?

Has anyone taken a career break whilst children are small and successfully managed to get back into work?

Surely just the same as any other industry?

”Corporate fashion buying” doesn’t sound especially challenging.

I imagine it involves a lot of travel to look at goods and items - but I am guessing.
