CAREERS ADVICE........what should I do next?

I have been working in social care for the last 12 years, I have numerous qualifications up to degree level yet no professional qualification.I am sick of being on the same money and doing the same old thing. I know things I would like to do but cannot afford to give up work to do the training. I am well and truely fed up

lol a useless one:Social Science, but I really enjoyed it as a course, also have BTEC First and National Diploma in health and social care.
I am just stuck.....over qualifed for most of the jobs I have had but not qualified for anything better

can work not second you to a SW degree/PG or OT?sounds as if you are extremely able and well qualified

but yes to there are professional qualification requirements to progress

what about management
FE/HE lecturing
NVQ assessor

well I a on a temporary contract at the moment and was on another fixed term contract before that and this is part of why I am so fed up, Wouldn't mind FE Lecturer but dont know how to get into it, hae beenlooking at professional course but you need to be 'in the job' so to speak, catch 22

lots of FE/HE lecturing starts on temp basis but once you have experience it can progress to FT

I am dizzy with looking at uni websites and wondering what an earth to do next, cost and time being the main obstacles
