My work relies on billed work. I was laid off in my last role but got a reasonable job quickly though I I know they can be underhanded (people go missing - a lot). Unfortunately there is little work on my new job and my colleague is getting it all as they’d contracted me out with another company for 9 months. I have just gone back full time at my company. I got a good review but am concerned I don’t have any billed work. WWYD? I’ve been there barely a year?
