Does anyone work in this kind of role? I am looking at different opportunities as my job is coming to an end and have found a role I am interested in.
I don’t have direct experience, but believe I have the essentials because of other qualifications, skills and volunteering. However I don’t know if it would be acceptable for me to creatively fit my experience to the job description or if I would be laughed out.
Would trainers working for a national organisation tend to have actual qualifications in teaching adults or does it depend on the person?
