In the thread that there was a few weeks ago, I said I would do a list of all the freelancers/self employed/consultants etc who had posted, what they did & areas of expertise..

I finally got round to it, so correct and add to at will, and apologies if I got you wrong

And please, MN Towers, can we have our own topic?

ShrinkingViolet · 11/06/2008 11:45

I need a snazzier title than bookkeeper I think - any ideas anyone?

bossybritches · 11/06/2008 13:55

Financial Administrator .....SViolet??

UnquietDad · 11/06/2008 15:55

Apologies, I see I gave the thread my vocal support at the time and then failed to add myself.

Unquietdad: Writer, tutor, writing consultant.

I know that could sound a bit wanky. But what it means is, as I've been published for 14 years and have picked up quite a bit along the way (I like to think), people come to me with unpublished manuscripts to be looked at for a report on their quality: characterisation, dialogue, plotting etc. I also lead workshops and classes (adults, children and young people) and do mentoring.

SheikYerbouti · 11/06/2008 17:14

I am employed by a company, but do proof-reading/editing on a freelance basis (although if anyone sees my typing on here, they won't employ me!)

I also teach and play the 'Cello on a freelance basis.

moodlumthehoodlum · 11/06/2008 17:14

look look look

its our very own topic
