Teaching Assistant - What do I need in my CV? Please help...

I am thinking of returning to work part-time, and a teacher friend has mentioned an I.T. related teaching assistant post that may be coming up.

I have worked in FE supporting students previously, but seriously need help with what I should put in my CV, as I haven't created one for around 10 years

Also, is there a good free CV template around?

Is it in a primary or secondary school? Is it with kids with Special needs, or is it helping with IT?

Thanks for replying . I stayed up until midnight last night and completed my CV after much internet based research! I think I have it sorted now... I could really do with a p/t term-time job!
