Hi, just a quick question about the post you left on my other thread.

Does that mean because you and your dh both claim the max does that mean the most anyone can save is £80 each a month?

Only just seen this - No i beleive it depends on what rate of tax you pay so I was estimating. I pay the standard tax rate of 20% which would mean saving 20% of £243 which is around £49 plus national insurance which I think brings it up to just under £80. DH is in the higher tax bracket of 40% so he saves 40% of £243 which would be around £98 plus NI.
