How did you get on with your interview, I meant to ask and time slipped away from me!

Oh my lord it was awful. She was trying to talk to me about a 22k HR Officer role! I had a right go at her. Professionally, of course!

That's a shame! And too right have a go at her!

Back to the proverbial drawing board. I am trying to be positive about my interim role despite the fact that my director is driving me mad.

I think this is one of the great advantages of interim, you can just smile and nod politely, saying 'oh yes, everything's fine', whilst thinking, I'm so out of here at the end of the year!
