How do I invite people to an in-person meeting, using Outlook?!

How? None of my colleagues can work it out either - and most of us are old enough to remember pre-Teams. How did we used to do it?!

I want to be able to cut and paste a long list of email addresses as the invitees. And I want people to be able to accept the invite and it goes into their diary.

Help! Does anyone know how to do this?

Just the same as a teams meeting except that you add in the location.

The same way you’d invite them to a Teams meeting but just toggle the ‘teams meeting’ bit off. Unless I’m missing something?

There's a button at the top of the invitation, once you invite attendees, that says "Don't host online".

If you are wanting to do it using the Outlook app instead of the Teams one, you just go to your calendar, click on 'new meeting' and it looks pretty similar to an e-mail but with a box for time and location.

Same as always….

Click on calendar

Click on “new meeting”

Insert email addresses in the “Required” line

If you want to remove the Teams detail, click “don’t host online” at the top and insert the address.

It’s really not that complicated….

So I just delete the teams meeting link and location?

I thought it must be more complicated than that!

If you want to remove the Teams detail, click “don’t host online” at the top and insert the address I can't see this...

Just put a physical address in the location and remove teams, literally just delete the text

Thanks everyone!
