If you’re a Virtual Assistant, are you with an online company or work for your self?

Basically I’m looking to set myself up as a Virtual Assistant. However I’ve seen lots of online companies out there which you can register on. I’m not sure how much work you’d actually get though.

im just seeing what others do really, going it alone or registering with online companies.

Hi. Most are self employed. Some work as an associate to a va. There are a few Facebook groups which may be helpful for you to join, the VA Helpdesk is a good one. Also try looking at VACT and the Society of VAs.
