Just wondering that being jobless for 8 months, despite me applying for many jobs, attending 20-22 interviews (remote and in person) that me being white is keeping me back. A few people have said this. Plus from my friends who work, have noticed more non white starters at their employers.
What happens if I decide to tick the 'prefer not to say' on race, religion and sexual status (Bi, Straight, Gay) in applying for future roles?
I am just getting so bloody bored and fed up of not getting anything.
I live in an area with large non white communities.
