I'm a parent carer to two autistic children, who are unlikely to manage mainstream childcare. Until recently I worked nights, while 'D'H worked days, so we could juggle the kids between us, but recently safeguarding concerns have come to light about him (whole other thread), so we're separateing and I will have the DC full time. Realistically I can only work while the kids are at school, so would need something super flexible.
The DC get DLA, and we can manage on universal credit for some time or indefinitely if needs be, but I would like to still earn something, even if it wasn't much. I wouldn't have work commitments for uc due to carers element, so could potentially spend some time training to get into a field that can offer the flexibility I need.
I'm more or less willing to do anything, even if it was lower paying. I have a degree but no qualification that really feed into a particular career. I'm dyslexic with poor spelling which make me a bad fit for writing or communication based jobs, but I'm good with number so maybe something data handing related?
