need to write a resignation letter!!!!!

Hi there. I have been in nanny job 2 years and need to write a resignation letter. Never done it before and unsure what to include. Do I need to put reasons for leaving or just give notice stating last working day etc. Feel so nervous about handing it in but at the end of the day my new job is better for my family life. thanks

You can put in whatever you like! The only really important thing is to put your last date of employment.

If you're so inclined you could put in something about how you've enjoyed the job etc but you feel its time to move on because of X reasons.
