Made a mistake in the application...should I correct?

I feel so stupid. I think I am destined to stay at home forever and never set foot inside a workplace again.

I have just realised that I have made a mistake with the dates on an application form I have just sent off. Basically, I worked from 09/03-08/06 in one place and then 09/06-12/06 in another before leaving to be a SAHM. On my application I put 09/03-08/07 and then 09/07-12/07. So, it looks like I have worked in one place for 4 years and then another for 3 months then nothing for a few more months before deciding to go back to work.

Should I just leave it and mention it at interview (if I get that far!) or change it and email the form back? Either way I look careless and stupid and they will prbably not give me the job anyway.

i would change it now so you don't seem like you got shortlisted with the wrong info - everyone makes mistakes - good luck!!

Change it. The information you give them needs to be as accurate as possible.
