I have recently resigned from my job. I'm fully intending (and indeed in the process) of looking for other employment (just couldn't tolerate wasting any more of my life with the company I was working for) but wondered where this leaves me financially. I have never claimed unemployement benefit - or indeed any benefits so wondered if I might be entitled to anything? Any thoughts?

I'm no expert but i think that if you have voluntary left emplyment you won't be entitled to unemployment benefit for certain period. i'm not sure how other benefits are affected. try www.entitledto.com for more benefit info.
