Should I try go part time 3 days as a teacher? What can I do other 2 days to bring up my salary?

I really want to leave teaching. As most of us know it’s not easy finding another job and I feel burned out. The only way I feel I can do it is by going part time. But what is something I can do besides from home to bring up my salary ?

I dropped a day and spent day off planning, so that I didn't have to work at the weekend. It did not make a massive difference to my take hime pay tbh, but was great way to get weekend back.

Back to full time this year as we short-staffed. Not what I wanted.
