I started of in a trainee role at a school, then had to move on and find a new job and completed my 2 ECT years in 2 different schools, where I can’t decide which was worse. Then finally moved onto a permanent role my 3rd year and ended up leaving last February because it was crazy workload and mixed age. Now stuck in supply doing so many little long term roles, I find no enjoyment in working in schools anymore, there’s been 2 schools I enjoyed but even then I’m wishing my life away.
I can take a pay cut for short term but would eventually need something I can earn more in.
I do not know what to do next? Council? HR?
