The day after the Tsunami disaster, my employer announced a $1M donation - we have a lot of branches and offices in the affected region.
Today we are told that, to encourage more giving, they will match £1 for £1 up to a $1M max, all staff donations.
Isn't it nice to feel about employers for a change?
