NHS pay scales are widely available online. Basic salary is for 10 sessions, most surgeons will be on 12 sessions so multiply it by 1.2, plus there will be an on call supplement of around £5000 per year. Some surgeons will have CEAs or management allowances in addition.

This does not include private work, which not everyone does.

So most will be on £110-160k for NHS work.

Why do you ask?
