NHS home-based jobs (Band 3 or 4)

Any NHS colleagues here? Just wondering whether you ever hear of vacancies for home-working/home-based jobs for Band 3 or Band 4? I've worked in the same trust for nearly 7 years in various roles of both bands... Admin and secretarial.
Moving house soon and transport links aren't as good... Don't drive at the moment as could no longer afford it. Long story!
Just wondering whether working from home is an option in these relatively low bands?
I know a Band 4 who WFH 2 days per week at the moment, but in the office rest of the week.

My husband WFH for two days a week in his band 4 post (IT systems analyst). His role should be fully remote, but it was a battle for him to negotiate the two day pattern (for childcare reasons). I think a lot of NHS managers are very outdated in their expectation that anyone below band 5 should be office based full-time.

Yes a lot are only hybrid. Maybe in recruitment, procurement or non clinical sectors.

I work in the NHS Everyone I know is fully office based or hybrid, the only department I know that was fully working from home (finance) have now after 4 years of being at home been told they are returning to the office.

My friend works in clinical coding for the NHS, entry level is band 3 but you can work up to band4/5. Completely remote working and go into the office once a month for a meeting.

I wfh in Clinical Coding band 5. The Trust I work for is around 300 miles away so I never have to go into the office. Meetings etc are done via teams, it's so flexible (might be due to the fact I have a brilliant boss) so many Clinical Coding jobs are remote now and it's an interesting job. Good luck with your search!!!
