Help with application form please?

I'm just filling in an application form for DWP (I know ) it asks for your work history for the past 3 years. I don't have any work history for the past 3 years. I've been a SAHM for the past 7 years. Do I leave it blank or fill it with my previous employers from 7 years ago?

IU think i would explain that i was a SAHM and then give details of previous employment either in additional information or on a seperate sheet on its own r a cv if applicable. HTH opefully someone will be able to help you better.
