We have a new Chief Exec, two people appointed on a job share basis. Small organisation, so perhaps not quite the big role it sounds, but still in charge of us.
It's early days for them, but I'm finding it quite frustrating, they can't/won't make a decision without discussing it with each other.
For example I need a simple decision to proceed with something I'm organising. I know what the answer is, I've told them what the answer is and why, but I need their authorisation, and the response is we'll have a chat and get back to you...three days ago.
Please tell me this is going to get better...
