I was thinking of applying for a work based post at a college. any one do this job???

I did before children, but it was field based if thats any help.

got my d32/33 and work based. it is only part of my job role - difficult to get the candidates motivated sometimes, they see it as lots of paperwork.

TBH I got into by chance as it was a promotion offered to me. I got out fairly quickly as I realised how dull I found it. I also hated the fact that most of the time you are assessing people who don't really want to be on the course.

Still fancy doing it. Thanks for your replies. Think it will be a change from nursing whilst still using my knowledge and skills
