Just that really - I’ve applied for a new job (law/research focused) and had interview on Monday. They said up to 14 days for outcome but said successful notified first, so I’m thinking if I don’t hear today it’s likely I’m not first choice. But would be keen to hear other's experiences!

I used to work at the House of Commons - I wouldn't worry at all if you only interviewed on a Monday. They might well be seeing other candidates this week or even into next week, depending on the interview panel's availability/candidates' availability. Plus the panel then usually need to get together to review all the candidates and make decisions, which can sometimes be a few days after the final interview.

That’s helpful thank you!

Don't worry at all! After interviews there are a number of processes which need to happen including sign-off so it can take a while before candidates hear.
