Can someone help me plan some childcare.....really need advice on this?

currently work 1 day a week and have been offered 3 days but I only have child care on one of the days. LO does go to pre-school twice a week just 9-3.15pm so could work then but what would I do if he's ill or school holidays (he is 3 yrs old). I donot have any family to help, couldnt ask friends only as a last resort or as a one off.

Its stressing me out as I'd love the money but dont possibly think I could give it 100% plus dont want to be compromising my LO ie. having to rush him out of the house, drop him as various places just so I can work.
Im beating myself up about it my hubby said to go with my heart and say no and that it isnt the be all and end all and we can manage.

Anyone got any ideas before I say no to them at work?

If you can manage without don`t even think about it - all you will get is a different set of worries if DS is ill or over tired etc - listen to DH ..... Ds is only little for a short time - let him and you enjoy this time together .........

who is te child care on the one day?
can yu get one extra day, both work and child care?

my sister has him twice a month and my hubby does the rest (he works shifts and is off on Fridays when I work). My sister is a no no its a pain just asking her to do the one day every few weeks.

I suppose I could do the days when he is at pre-school but like I said what do I do about school holidays and if he's ill - I dont have anyone to have him.

Got a meeting to discuss this so am going to tel the truth and say childcare would be an issue and I would not be able to give consistant days etc...
