WFH with kids - do you do it?

Do you go and pick up your kid from school and then come back and work for a couple of hours? Does that work out OK for you? Do your bosses mind? I'm wondering if it would work when my little one is 5

I did reduced hours usually

dd was collected by a childminder , then did afterschool clubs a lot too

and sometimes work in the later evening

I do half an hour once a week before school where my husband and I are both wfh. The kids know that if they behave or they go to breakfast club another day each week.
